You enjoy being hands-on, value mateship and back the crew in the factory and on-site.

Keen to grow, learn and take ownership of your role in a fast-moving team.
You’ve got:
- Heavy or Medium Rigid Truck Licence with previous loading and delivery experience.
- Experience as a general labourer or all-rounder in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 20kg and stay physically fit on the job.
- Confidence using hand tools, power tools and basic machinery.
- Forklift licence is highly regarded.
- Basic ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- White Card and current driver’s licence.

What We Need
Our driver and all-rounders are more than just a person behind the wheel, they’re representing Seascape to the public, on the roads and on-site. We need someone who can:
- Safely load, transport and deliver joinery items and materials to site
- Handle deliveries with care, representing Seascape with professionalism
- Jump in to help with general factory duties when required
- Operate hand tools, power tools and equipment confidently
- Monitor and report maintenance needs for tools, vehicles and equipment
- Follow WHS policies, PPE requirements and actively participate in toolbox talks

- Deliveries are safe, on time and handled with care
- You represent Seascape with professionalism on the road and on-site
- The factory runs smoothly because you pitch in where needed
- The crew is supported and proud of the work delivered
